E3 2017 doesn’t officially start until this coming Tuesday, but usually, the pre-shows are always jam packed with content. Kicking things off this year is Electronic Arts and EA Play.
What will we see?
The publisher has already confirmed six games for its annual showcase, most of which you could guess without too much effort: Star Wars Battlefront II, FIFA 18, Madden NFL 18, NBA Live 18, Need for Speed: Payback, and Battlefield 1.
You can be sure EA will have plenty of details and gameplay footage to show off for its next Battlefront. The game, due out on 17 November, will have a big focus on narrative with a new single-player campaign that gives players a perspective from the Empire’s side. There will also be revamped multiplayer and playable characters from across the film installments, Episode I’s Darth Maul to Episode VII Kylo Ren and Rey.
